As a Part Time Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Working within the Cashroom department covering the William Wilson brand as part of a team supporting 23 branches across Scotland

• Processing branch bankings and resolving any resulting queries

• Coding & processing direct debits, standing orders & online payments

• Preparation of bank reconciliations

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Flexibility – willing to learn a wide range of department procedures

• Ability to prioritise competing demands on time

• Ability to work to deadlines

• Good Excel skills would be desirable

• Accuracy is essential

This role is a part time role, working up to 27.5 hours a week between Monday – Friday. Hours and days to be discussed
