Duties include being involved in the preparation, cooking and serving of a wide range of meals and snacks to the residents as required following a six week menu plan, using standard recipes' in line with policies and procedures ensuring the relevant safety and hygiene standards are met.

This is a part-time permanent post of 12.2 hours per week, covering a three week rota working hours 08.15-15.30 or 09.00-16.45 with occasional early finishes at 3pm. There is weekend working for which the successful applicants are paid 44% enhancement for Saturday working and 88% enhancement for Sunday working. Public holidays are paid at double time.

Applicants should have experience in working with people in a care setting and the ability to undertake any relevant training.
