Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part Time Finance Assistant to join our key clients finance team.


As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our client's organisation. If you have a passion for finance, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices

• Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any payment issues

• Negotiate payment plans to ensure debts are settled

• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment agreements

• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to address any billing discrepancies or customer concerns

• Prepare and present reports of outstanding debts and collections efforts
