Part time Receptionist-shift work 16 hours per week

Based in Abercromby place the Club has 31 bedrooms, conference and events space for up to 180, restaurant and bar.

Basic duties include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls


• Taking reservations


• Greeting guests at the front desk


• Checking guests in and out


• Processing event bills


• Reservation checks


• Helping guests with queries, recommendations and directions


Hours of work are either early shift (0700 to 1500) or late shift (1430 to 2230). This position is for 2 shifts a week, Saturday, Sunday and a weekday to suit both parties.
