Full Job Description

Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries via email or in person.
Typing of correspondence, emailing customers and suppliers.
Invoicing parts for customers.
Raising purchase orders and submitting via web portal, email or telephone.
Processing of mechanics daily time sheet's onto sage and emailing overtime to wages department.
Processing of parts used sheet onto sage.
Collating workshop information for raising of sales invoices for workshop, stores and vehicles.
Allocation of customer payments to sales ledger.
Allocating delivery notes to correct customer or job number.

STORES
Deal with parts and workshop enquiries. Post parts to customers.
Supply parts from stock or order from suppliers. Organise parts required by mechanics to complete workshop jobs.
Maintain stock records on computer.
Looking up tractor parts on supplier portals and parts books.
Liaise with Mechanics to make sure parts are available for jobs.
Check stock for weekly stock orders from Zetor/Landini.
Check all parts when received and put away in store, calculate stock levels.

Attend Trade Shows and provide hospitality for customers and reps.
