Passenger Assistant

This position will be working on a permanent full time, working on 3 on 3 off basis

The earliest start can be 4am and latest finish 2am You will need to be fully flexible for this position as they are rotating days.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.

We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

Main Duties :

• Meet and greet arriving / departing / transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)


• Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff


• Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off / pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.


• In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment


• Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.


• Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment
  
  Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels


• Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
