Full Job Description

· Developing powerful relationships with families that empower and encourage transformation

· Referrers and external agencies as appropriate

· Contributing to the development of innovative therapeutic services for Adoption UK

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To carry out specialist comprehensive assessments, formulations and interventions, drawing on a range of psychological models and approaches.

· Facilitating reflective groups for families referred to PATH.

· To carry out consultations for families referred to PATH.

· To produce good quality written reports in relation to clinical work.

· Facilitate reflective practice or supervision groups for colleagues within Adoption UK.

· Contributing to the development of therapeutic programmes for Adoption UK.

· Contribute to the training offer on therapeutic services within Adoption UK

· Contribute to the ongoing quality assurance of PATH.

· To contribute to and maintain accurate records for those using the service, on Adoption UK systems and ensuring compliance with both GDPR, safeguarding and confidentiality.

· Liaison with Delivery manager and Clinical Director to capture progress and outcome measures and to contribute to assessment of project results.

· Contribute to the development of the PATH Adoption UK therapeutic programme.
