An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Pay Reform and Improvement Manager based at Lister Street, University Hospital Crosshouse. This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity for 2 years.

What you will do:

Encompassing Reduced Working Week, Protected Learning Time and the Review of Band 5 nurses work streams these are high profile, complex and diverse projects which need to be delivered collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. This post will play a key role in supporting effective delivery as well as providing assurance of progress via established governance mechanisms.

You will use proven change management skills to deliver and embed AfC reform and contribute to delivering wider complementary opportunities for improvement across the range of services provided within the O&HRD Directorate.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

To succeed in this role you should be educated to Masters level or have experience at an equivocal level in human resources. It is essential that you have extensive knowledge and experience of working in an HR setting including collaborative working with staff side in delivering results.  Given the scope of the pay reform agenda it is essential the successful candidate has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to ensure consistent and clear messaging and engagement.
