As the Payment Banking Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Payment Banking Manager with daily operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payment processes, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll be the key liaison between clients and the management team, helping to drive efficiency and accuracy in all payment-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Payment Banking Manager in daily operations, including transaction processing and account management.
Manage and reconcile client accounts, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare reports and documentation to support the Payment Banking Manager in decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a financial or banking environment is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
