Full Job Description

Driver Hire Inverness are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator within our Inverness office for a 12 month maternity cover.


  • Job Title - Payroll Administrator
  • Location – Inverness
  • Approx start date – Immediate
  • Hours – 20 per week (0830 – 1700 Mon + Tues and 0830 – 1330 Wed)
  • Salary - £13.73 per hour

Duties include but are not limited to –

  • Payroll processing for weekly and monthly payroll
  • Accurate data inputting onto various systems
  • Liaising with clients and candidates
  • Weekly invoicing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • BACS payments
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Issuing P60 and P45s

The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as good organisational and time management skills.

Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential.
