Full Job Description

New staff opportunity working within the Payroll function of a business with an international footprint! Reporting into the Payroll Manager, this role will see you dealing primarily with the expenses function initially, and will see further development into additional tasks to support Payroll as you grow into the role.


Responsibilities:


  • Prior to management approval, make sure that all expenses are in line with company policy. 
  • Change the employee's bank information for payment of expenses. 
  • Send any amended expenses back to the employee and double-check the claim to make sure all amendments have been made. 
  • Once expenses are complete, submit them for manager approval. 
  • Communicate with Accounts Payable regarding any issues relating to payments or bank
  • Help with the month-end payroll procedure.

While previous experience is preferred, our client is willing to look at candidates with some base level Finance knowledge keen to move into a role such as this one, so get in touch if you are interested!
