Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing client, a successful accounting firm in Kilsyth.

Pay rates: 25,000 to 28,000 per annum

Working as a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing of payroll information
  • Handling staff adjustments
  • Payment reconciliation
  • Assisting in preparing payroll related reports and documents
  • General administration/filing

The successful Payroll Administrator will have previous experience in administration and payroll, as well as:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and using SAGE (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
