Full Job Description
Anderson Knight are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for an exciting client, a growing and established business based in Glasgow. This role would be starting off on a week-to-week temporary basis with the view of being a permanent position working Mon-Fri 9-5 remotely. Salary is £25,000 to £29,000 depending on experience, plus company pension and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- · Undertaking Payroll and general bookkeeping, working with Sage, Xero
- · Preparing a large monthly payroll for processing.
- · Bank analysis and reconciliations
- · Preparation and submission of Vat returns
- · Processing pensions
- · CIS preparation and reporting
Skills and Experience required for the Payroll/Bookkeeper role:
- Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Experience of bookkeeping software, i.e. Sage, Xero etc
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workloads
