Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll & Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Finance team based in Turriff. This role will be responsible for all payroll reporting, reconciliations & associated tasks.

(part time - average 19.5 hours per week– flexible working hours – office based - may consider hybrid working for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities will include:-

  • Responsible for full monthly payroll of over 400 employees
  • As required, prepare and submit information for PAYE Settlement Agreement and P11d
  • Provide ad hoc payroll reporting review and support to key stakeholders
  • Reconciles all payroll related balance sheet nominal accounts on a monthly basis
  • Prepare all payroll related audit information, keeping schedules updated throughout the year..

The working hours are flexible on a monthly basis in line with our payroll calendar:-

  • Week 1 - 3  (13.5 hours per week over 2 days per week)
  • Week 4  (37.5 hours per week i.e.. Monday to Friday 9-5pm – Payroll submission week)

  • Communication skills across written/verbal and listening mediums
  • Ability to work independently
