Full Job Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Coordinator based in Dyce, Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with Hybrid working available, starting ASAP.


Main duties include:


  • Assisting with the monthly processing of payroll for the UK and other international locations, mainly in the EMEA region, in various currencies
  • Accurate input of ad-hoc payments, such as Overtime, Detachments,
  • Misc Payments/Deductions etc.
  • Calculating any changes to Salaries or Allowances
  • Processing New Hires/Leavers into the payroll.
  • Checking of reports sent from our payroll provider(s) to ensure all input and changes are accurate each month.
  • Liaise with external payroll bureaus for any updates or changes to be made before final reports are received.
  • Help resolve any queries received from employees.
  • Support the expense function where needed (Holidays/Sickness etc).
  • Any other ad hoc payroll and analysis duties as required supporting the business.

Suitable candidates should have the following:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • SAP, Concur, or Workday / iConnect experience (Desirable)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work both individually and for the team.

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
