Full Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen in EnerMech for a Payroll Lead to join our Finance team based in Aberdeen. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours a week, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role will involve line managing one direct report and be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the various weekly/monthly payrolls for the business. Other main duties will include; · Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider · Reconciliation of Payroll reports & Monthly Ledger postings · Calculation and validation of Monthly Payroll accruals · Assisting with annual audit requirements · Preparation of additional reports in relation to payroll information · P11D Preparation & submission · Manage International working days · Checking and posting of employee expense claims & credit cards · Pension reconciliations
To be successful for this role you will hold extensive experience in payroll processing and transactional accounting roles. You will have experience in working with electronic/web banking and a strong level of Microsoft Excel proficiency. You will also have previous experience in supervising financial personnel as part of a team.
