Payroll Manager

FinTech RS is working with a long-established client who are a well known and progressive business. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced senior payroll professional to take on the role of Payroll Manager.

This position will report directly to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of various payrolls, both weekly and monthly. This role will also manage a Payroll Administrator.

Key duties:

• Compiling payroll input data for an outsourced payroll provider
• Payroll report reconciliation with monthly ledger postings
• Compute and verify monthly payroll accruals
• Supporting the criteria for yearly audits
• Creating supplementary reports pertaining to payroll data
• Preparation and filing of P11D
• Verifying and submitting credit cards and employee expenditure claims
• Reconciliations of pensions

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a similar role. Candidates must have a can-do attitude and should be proficient in Excel.
