Full Job Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Supervisor based in Aberdeen City Centre. This is a permanent, full time position, working in office.

Main Duties include:


  • Responsible for a small team, delegating tasks and maintaining morale
  • Setting and adhering to payroll deadlines
  • Communicating with external clients in a professional manner, and responding to queries promptly
  • Ensuring excellent standards of service are met and fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting Senior Management with proposals for new clients
  • Consider any improvements that could be made to internal processes and implement accordingly

Suitable candidates should have the following:


  • Excellent working knowledge of SAGE Payroll (Essential)
  • Experience of processing several payrolls against various deadlines
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Xero Payroll (Desirable)
