Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? We are looking for a PCN Executive to oversee Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) accounts for our Logistics UK members. In this role, you will be the primary contact for all PCN-related issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution for our valued members. Logistics UK, formerly the Freight Transport Association is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire industry with members from the road, rail, sea, and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers whose businesses depend on the efficient movement of goods. An effective supply chain is vital to Keep Britain Trading, directly impacting over 7 million people employed in making, selling and moving the goods that affect everyone everywhere. With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.,
- Account Management: Handle PCN accounts efficiently, being the main liaison between Logistics UK and members.
- Appeals & Reporting: Draft and send appeal letters, analyse PCN trends and 'hotspots,' and provide timely reports for member reviews.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with members, local authorities, and private parking companies to resolve issues.
- On-Site Meetings: Occasionally visit members to conduct review meetings and discuss PCN trends.
- Database Management: Use tools like Google Maps and Vision to investigate, upload information, and maintain a thorough PCN database.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dedicated team, supporting your colleagues with PCN administration tasks as needed.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in customer service, administrative or data entry roles or similar, we are open to previous experience as long as your CV can demonstrate the following skills and behaviours: - Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience with Microsoft Office and ideally, data entry.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with a strong focus on customer service.
