The Business of Fashion is seeking a highly organised, analytical and people-centric People Operations and Analytics Manager to join the BoF People team. As BoF's People Operations and Analytics Manager, you will drive a positive employee experience through the whole employee lifecycle by using our systems, data and policies to enable all team members to do their best work, and as a direct result drive our overall business performance in line with our ambitious goals., This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but agile People team that is genuinely focused on providing an exceptional employee experience rooted in a people-first, human centric approach. In your role as People Operations and Analytics Manager, you will have the opportunity to own the analysis and reporting on key people metrics, influencing how decisions are made, while maintaining autonomy and responsibility in delivering a best-in-class day-to-day employee experience for our global team. This is a hybrid position, which will require a blend of in-office and remote working., The People Operations and Analytics Manager will act as the first point of contact for BoF team members, with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming space in line with our core values. You will have responsibility for running key programs within the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off-boarding, and you will look for opportunities to align our HR information operating system, HiBob, with our strategic objectives, empowering the team to leverage technology to deliver a better employee experience through the combination of meaningful data and a human-centric approach. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries. Providing guidance, documentation and support to our global team regarding BoF's approach to creating a people-first, human centric workplace
- Proactively manage BoF's employee benefit schemes in the UK and USA [New York], with a focus on onboarding, off-boarding and cyclical review cycles
- Become BoF's HR information system (HiBob) super user, optimising the platform to drive efficiencies while leveraging timely data and insights in line with strategic objectives
- Own quarterly reporting on key employment data, producing reports, presentations and insights for the People team and Senior Leadership Team. Where required, partner closely with the People team to create impactful presentations based on team needs.
- Design and implement new people metric reporting dashboards to enable our People team and Senior Leaders to fully utilise the data available
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights of our various employee listening surveys, including but not limited to, onboarding surveys, exit surveys, engagement surveys, DE&I Surveys
- Own BoF's People Team compliance, running the annual audit across different platforms and ensuring all employee paperwork and documentation is up to date
- Take ownership of various systems and platforms to ensure; that they work seamlessly with one another; that access rights are correctly maintained during onboarding and off-boarding, and that HR workflows are continuously optimised to improve the employee experience.
- Act as the project manager for the People Team, ensuring there are RACIs in place across all key processes and projects are delivered on time

You should demonstrate: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to build easy to understand and effective presentation decks
- Experience in working with an HR information platform, HiBob would be an asset
- International HR experience, such as working with the US, would be an asset
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google Sheets
- Consistent professionalism in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving at all times, fostering great relationships around the business to enable swift resolutions
