Full Job Description

Anderson Knight are looking for a People Support Manager for one of our key clients based in Glasgow. This role is to oversee the operations and ongoing enhancement of the People Business Services Operations Team and lead a team of HR Administrators. This is a FTC role until June 2025, working with a fantastic team of HR professionals.


Key duties and responsibilities are:


  • Lead a team of three HR Administrators, ensuring balanced workload distribution, adequate capacity, and maintaining high standards of excellence in their daily tasks.
  • Working alongside colleagues within various teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of processes and projects, while offering support and assistance when needed.
  • Review processes regularly to ensure they are still working and are in line with current legislation
  • Support the implementation and development of HR Projects including HR systems. 
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations, collaborating with peers across the People function and stakeholders across the business to design and deliver effective, tailored People Services that meet business needs.

Desired skills and experience:


  • Excellent experience of HR Operations/HRSS and processes
  • Must have a minimum of CIPD Level 5 
  • Skilled in analysing and interpreting HR data.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with MS Project and Visio is highly advantageous 
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with effective communication across all levels.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to challenging and driving change.
