Personal Assistant

Are you an organised Personal Assistant and available to commit to a 12 month fixed term role?

We are working with an established international investment business based from offices in Perth, who are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to their team to fulfil a 12 months maternity cover contract. You will join a small and friendly team based from a satellite office where the work is fast paced and it will be expected that you can hit the ground running immediately.

Ideally we are looking for someone to start around February / March 2025 for this one but there is some flexibility to this date if required.

While no two days will be expected to look the same you will provide support to the main PA based in the office and typical duties can be summaries as follows:

• Management of staff member diaries.
• Assist with the organisation of corporate events both in the UK and abroad.
• Managing email accounts to ensure timely correspondence to clients.
• Organising large volumes of travel for staff members.
• Handling calls from clients / customers.
• Minute taking.

This role has a full time working pattern of Monday – Friday, 9-5, with hybrid working available, there is a huge amount of flexibility available for this role and would suit someone local to the area.
