Full Job Description

Join our Radiology Department, where we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and innovative medical imaging services. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary / PA to support our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of supplies and equipment.
- Manage general office duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internally and externally to facilitate smooth departmental operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, PA, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the NHS environment is a plus.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
