Personal Assistant / Care Worker x 2

14 hours per week will either be split 7 hours per PA or 14 hours one week and one week off.

Support: PA to help access the community as due to her anxiety she does not always feel safe to go out by herself.

The PA will also provide support with mental health, allow time for her to speak about how she is feeling and if she is having any issues.

To support with correspondence, attending and reminding of appointments if required.

To take to supervised contact with her two children, as unable to travel alone due to feeling unsafe and increased anxiety.

The PA will only provide support to the client during these supervised contacts.
