An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant based at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What you will do:

You will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Health Records Management team.  You will be responsible for preparing correspondence to staff for managers signature.  You will prepare meeting notes and correspondence following various meetings with staff within the department. 

You will be responsible for all human resource aspects relating to staff recruitment, changes to terms and conditions of service and terminations including all data inputs to the accredited business systems Human Resources and Payroll.

You will also provide guidance in respect of the health records secondary storage systems within University Hospital Crosshouse

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will have a HNC or relevant secretarial qualification. You must also have knowledge of HR policies and procedures and have considerable management team level secretarial experience.You must be computer literate including experience of Microsoft Office 365 [Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams]

Hours:

37 per week.

Hours of Duty are: Monday Thursday 8am 4.15pm and Friday 8am 3.45pm.
