An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant who will be responsible for the provision of a high quality service to the Associate Director of Facilities - Property, NHS Tayside.

The postholder will also be responsible for the day to day management of the secretarial team, supported by the Administrative Services Manager.

The postholder should hold a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant and demonstrable experience.  Experience in managing and completing own workload to high standards within deadlines is crucial, whilst organising and prioritising workload of team of staff.

In addition, they will provide project support, including the provision of detailed analysis and reporting documents to support business performance of the services within Property department.  They should have a working knowledge and understanding of in-house systems such as SSTS, Pecos and Turas.

There may be a requirement to travel to other sites across Tayside.

Your performance must comply with the national Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009 and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
