This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide a very high level of professional and comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Director of Facilities.

We are looking for team player who can undertake a whole range of administrative functions.  You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy, demanding environment while maintaining confidentiality and managing a substantial amount of conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
