Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Directors Admin team, in a Personal Assistant role based at University Hospital Crosshouse. 

What you will do:

You will provide a dedicated, professional and comprehensive PA and administration service to the Director of Medical Education and the Assistant Directors of Medical Education Medical Education department, ensuring an effective, professional, proactive and high standard of support.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.  The ability to work unsupervised whist using your own initiative is essential, as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload accordingly. Having the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands is essential.

You will possess an HND or equivalent in business administration; extensive PA and admin experience, preferably within an NHS environment; and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You should be experienced in taking accurate minutes and have excellent interpersonal skills.

37 hours per week

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

Driving licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
