Full Job Description
Hours: 3 hours per week (term time), 10 hours per week (holidays)
Working Pattern: Preferably Sundays during term time, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during holidays (flexibility considered), Are you a caring and reliable individual with a passion for supporting others? We're looking for two Personal Assistants to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the life of a 13-year-old boy with autism and severe learning disabilities., Our client is non-verbal, enjoys spending time outdoors in calm, quiet areas, and has a sensory log cabin in his garden. This role involves supporting him during outings, helping him engage with activities he enjoys, and providing personal care as required.
Previous experience working with individuals with autism and non-verbal communication.
Membership in the PVG scheme (or willingness to obtain it).
A valid driver's licence.
Essential Qualities
A caring attitude and good sense of humour.
Physical fitness to manage unpredictable behaviours.
A flexible and positive approach to work.
