Full Job Description
- Support participants facing barriers due to alcohol/drug use or mental health challenges.
- Work in partnership with NHS, GP surgeries, Drug & Alcohol Recovery teams, and other agencies.
- Develop and deliver innovative group sessions and engage one-to-one with participants.

- Experience with trauma-informed practice, mentoring, and team working.
- Experience in employability pipelines and knowledge of local support networks is advantageous.
- Flexible, partnership-oriented approach.
- Must join the PVG scheme due to the vulnerable population.
