Paralegal – Specialist Personal Injury

Edinburgh or Glasgow
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full-time, Hybrid, 9:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role:
As a Paralegal in our Non-Accidental team, you will play a vital role in handling complex, sensitive cases.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating cases during the pre-litigation stage.
  • Gathering and analysing evidence with accuracy and empathy.
  • Supporting principal fee earners in preparing legal documents and reports.
  • Managing client interactions and maintaining clear, professional communication.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or similar fields.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing your own caseload.
  • A genuine ability to handle cases with care and sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of litigation, historical abuse claims, or CICA processes as well as a qualification in Reparation Paralegal work is desirable but not essential
