At Iconic Resourcing, we are partnering with a prestigious and friendly law firm that continues to grow from strength to strength. Due to continual expansion, we are now seeking passionate and dedicated Solicitors, from Newly Qualified to 5 years PQE, to join their Serious Litigation team in Glasgow. This is a great role helping survivors of serious injury and are recognised by leading charities and organisations across the UK.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be part of a team that handles a diverse and fascinating range of cases. The work spans from representing clients affected by brain, spinal cord to loss of limb injuries helping clients by securing compensation, which is vital due to the life-changing nature of the injuries sustained by these people. As a member of this team, you won't just be securing compensation; you'll be guiding clients through some of the most traumatic times in their lives. Your role will be critical in providing support, empathy, and helping them find closure.

What We're Looking For:

• You will be a fully qualified Scottish Solicitor who is an enthusiastic individual with strong, client-focused litigation skills.
• You’ll ideally have personal injury law, civil litigation, or perhaps commercial litigation experience, and are now looking to move into an area of law where you can make a real difference and genuine impact to client’s lives.
• An eye for detail, the ability to act on your own initiative, and a strong desire to help others, with the capability to display an empathetic and proactive approach in dealing with clients is essential.
• As a team player you will be someone who can manage their own caseload while supporting others in the team with more complex cases
