A fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join one of Scotland’s largest and most respected personal injury teams, focused exclusively on defender work. This role involves handling a diverse caseload, including road traffic accidents, employer liability, public liability, and industrial disease claims. You’ll be part of a talented team with expertise recognised in Chambers UK and The Legal 500, working under the guidance of a leading Partner and Solicitor Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a range of defender cases in personal injury, including road traffic, employer liability, public liability, and industrial disease claims.
• Acting for a wide client base, including public bodies, insurers, and private individuals.
• Collaborating with a large Personal Injury team to develop comprehensive legal solutions for clients.

About You
This role is ideal for a solicitor with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in personal injury law, and the ambition to grow your expertise in a leading defender team.
