Full Job Description

Duties:

  • Recruiting and selecting candidates for roles/projects based on client requirements.
  • Evaluating and developing internal professionals during periods when contracted professionals are not on assignments.
  • Utilising social media and job boards to attract new professionals.
  • Maintaining a database of contractors with all necessary documentation and certification.

Reports to:

  • The Personnel Coordinator reports to the Business Manager and liaises with Account Managers and Operations/Administrators regularly.

Hours of work:

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week. (Hybrid working considered).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or Recruitment focused environment is essential to be considered.

Salary:

  • Up to £27K per annum DOE
