The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical and professional requirements. the role involves, delivering excellent Pharmaceutical care, driving business growth, leading a team and ensuring high standards of customer service and patient safety., Oversee day to day operations at the Pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and smooth work flows.
- Dispense medications accurately and safely ensuring patients receive appropriate counselling
- Manage and expand services such as Flu vaccinations, Covid vaccinations and Smoking Cessation and Health checks.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Pharmacists and support staff.
- Monitor financial performance including sales, costs and profit margins.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring availability of essential medications and minimising wastage.
