What you will do:

East Ayrshire Health & Social Care partnership are looking for a physiotherapist who is passionate about rehabilitation and helping people to live independently in their own homes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic multi- disciplinary team preventing avoidable hospital admission and facilitating timely discharge from hospital.

This is an exciting time for a forward thinking HCPC registered physiotherapist who is a team player with excellent communication skills to join us as we continue to develop community services.

You will have a caseload incorporating patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge and onward referral., Please note, for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
