We're looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team at Piccolo, our cosy Italian-style restaurant where wood-fired pizzas and warm hospitality take centre stage. If you know your Neapolitan from your New York, and can work dough magic with speed, skill and consistency - we want to hear from you. You'll take the lead on our fresh pizza offering, prepping, baking, and serving delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. You'll also help us keep the kitchen running smoothly, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are always met.

• Experience - You've worked in a similar fresh pizza environment before and can confidently run a pizza station during busy service.
• Skills - You've got hands-on experience with dough prep, stretching, topping, and cooking to perfection.
• Calm under pressure - You can handle a fast-paced kitchen and deliver consistently high standards, even at peak times.
• Team player - You'll work closely with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great dining experience.
• Pride in your work - You care about the details - from presentation to hygiene.
