What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of planning activities across multiple projects within the Faslane framework.

• Providing guidance and mentorship to two junior planners, helping them develop their skills.

• Managing the planning and coordination of diverse, complex projects, from infrastructure to secure facilities.

• Collaborating with various stakeholders while adhering to stringent safety and security protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-6 years of experience in construction planning—ideally with exposure to large, secure projects.

• Strong understanding of project planning processes, with the ability to provide oversight and mentorship.

• Patience and a focus on quality—working at Faslane means understanding the importance of safety and security. The careful attention to detail and investment of time involved is a vital part of the process.
