Play Worker

To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children place in the setting.
To give support to their staff within the setting.
To work as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children's needs to be met.
Applicants are to be willing to undergo a PVG check and have two contactable references. One of which must be from a previous employer.

TrioCare are currently looking for a fun, hardworking and determined individuals to work alongside our nurseries, breakfast clubs and after school clubs in Edinburgh, East Lothian, West Lothian and Midlothian.

We are looking for individuals willing to work full time or part time hours. When settings are short staffed for reasons such as sickness, holiday's, recruitment, absences they call TrioCare, and we look to supply the cover they need by looking at the availability of the team and assigning the cover accordingly. Due to the nature of the role, there will be no paperwork relation to the children cared for and parent consultations will not require your attendance.

The candidate we are looking for will be motivated, enthusiastic, and fully committed to their career, have excellent communication skills both oral and written and support the safe, caring and stimulating environment. Please note, you must speak fluent English.
