Full Job Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Teamcenter Coordinator based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire on a Permanent, Full Time basis.


Due to the recent implementation of Teamcenter, a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool to support the delivery of technical projects, our client is looking to hire a Teamcenter Focal Point to help coordinate and support the deployment onto new projects, and act as a point of contact for issues, support and liaising between project teams.



Main duties include:


  • Guide the onboarding of Teamcenter onto new projects, ensuring the onboarding process is used and followed correctly
  • Ensure feedback from the onboarding process is fed to the PLM team
  • Provide support to new project teams and regional Focal Points and act as the liaison between the project teams and the PLM team
  • Ensure Risks & Issues from project roll outs are raised and created in DevOps
  • Ensure that Suggestions for Improvements form projects using Teamcenter are raised in DevOps
  • Ensure that the training is scheduled as required for each project and that each user follows the correct training path
  • Ability to translate and articulate business ways of working to Teamcenter ways of working
  • Provide Teamcenter technical expertise to project teams
  • Deliver demos of the current ways of working to new project teams
  • Act as an advocate of Teamcenter, promoting its use and adoption onto new projects.

 


Suitable candidates should have the following:


  • Experience of using Teamcenter, ideally in a large organisation is Essential (500+ users)
  • Experience of working in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges

 


Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
