Our approach is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP). We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our vibrant residential care teams near Stanley and Dunkeld in Perthshire (easy commute from Perth & Dundee!). As a Practitioner, no two days will be the same! Your days will be a thrilling mix of outdoor escapades, cake baking extravaganzas and cosy coffee outings - your days limited only by our young people's imaginations.
