Primary Teacher - fixed term until 26/06/2025
Clovenstone Primary School

Salary: £32,217 - £48,516 (pro-rata for part time)
Hours: 15.31 per week

Monday and Tuesday

Clovenstone Primary School are looking to appoint a class teacher for our P2 class on a Monday and Tuesday.

At Clovenstone Primary School and Nursery Class, we provide a welcoming and friendly environment, which celebrates the diversity of our community. We are a nurturing school where everyone feels safe, happy and valued and all children are supported to be and do their very best. This is achieved through working together with children, families and the whole community, based on a shared sense of direction.

Clovenstone has a roll of approximately 240, including nursery children. There are 11 classes, including 2 composite classes and 2 ESB classes.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
