The scope of services will be reviewed should there be a significant change to client support requirements. Scope of Services: Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

• Monitoring and maintaining the project estimate budget
• Maintaining communications with project management personnel assigned to the project and all relevant client personnel in all matters concerning the estimate.
• Establishing and maintaining direct contact with relevant personnel in the engineering
• organisations
• Liaising with other disciplines (engineering, support services personnel etc) in the execution of their work
• Ensuring that all estimate documentation necessary for the preparation of the estimate is
• available in a timely and organised manner.
• Provide expertise advice to the Commercial department.
• Provide recommendations to improve company estimating, tendering and proposal systems
• and procedures.
• To ensure that all Estimating work is executed in compliance with Contract/BMS requirements,
• Petrofac Management System requirements and associated procedures and all relevant standards and national and international standards, as appropriate
Deliverables: Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order. Key deliverables to include:
• Development of the overhead and indirect estimate and the construction equipment estimate.
• Development of estimates for project changes and additional work-scopes
• Maintaining sufficient records to allow future interrogation of all estimates.
Providing revised, further detailed estimates as more mature project information becomes available.
• Provide support to cost risk analysis process, sensitivity analysis when required or directed.
• Set up and maintain a database of rates and costs (materials, fabrication, services, vendors etc).
• Prepare and issue requests to supply chain for quotations for subcontracted services
• Advise and obtain approval for final commercial terms for bids.
