Full Job Description
The STIC Framework for TfL consists of the "Whole Project Life Cycle" of the delivery process. This involves taking a project from feasibility all the way to Delivery and handover.
Discipline of work can vary from Highway, Structural upgrades, Tunnel refurbishments and Rail projects.
The projects are pure engineering, complex and challenging and require Key staff to support a successful outcome.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a close-knit team and in close collaboration with both key stakeholders, Client, and partners.

· Civil Engineering related qualification (HNC, HND, BSc MSc, BEng, MEng).
· Minimum 5-10 years' experience delivering infrastructure projects including:
· Knowledge and experience of Highways Construction
· Knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical Construction.
· Knowledge and experience of highway structure repair and refurbishment.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· The ability to manage and control tasks
· Experience in some or all of the following:
· Complex Traffic Management
· Working within logistically constrained areas - urban environments.
· Knowledge and understanding of temporary works.
· Knowledge and understanding of a good range of highways structures disciplines.
· Hybrid working considered with typically 2-3 days per week, in the team's project office in Central London with visits to Client, Designer, and site
· Experience or working towards: Forensic scheduling analysis and 4D scheduling analysis ( training will be provided).

In return, we will explore what is possible., For some of our roles, you may be required to obtain and maintain security clearance of at least Security Check level (or SC clearance). To satisfy the requirements, you will need to have been a legal UK resident for a minimum of 5 years and have successfully complete all stages of the vetting process.

This position has a competitive salary dependent on skills and experience, in addition to a fantastic benefits package including pension contribution matched up to 10%.
