This leading Scottish firm is seeking a newly qualified to 2 years PQE solicitor for a high established and respected team. Iconic Resourcing is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a driven solicitor who enjoys doing a range of private client and property related work to join this renowned Private Client and Rural Property team based in Inverness.

Playing a key part of this well-established team led by two highly respected Partners you will specialise in residential and rural conveyancing, wills and executries, and related private client matters. The primary focus of the role includes:

• Residential transactions.
• Rural conveyancing.
• Landed estates.
• Crofting law.

Additionally, the role may extend to general private client work such as wills, powers of attorney, and executries. This position offers a unique chance to develop expertise in these areas, which are integral to the firm’s practice.

• Ideally, has completed traineeship seats in both commercial property and private client groups.
