The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join our esteemed Personal & Family practice area. You will collaborate with a top-ranked team in Private Client and Family Law, providing tailored advice to a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing complex matters, including estate planning for high-net-worth clients and cross-border issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft wills and powers of attorney and manage trust and executry administration.
• Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including setting up trusts and family investment companies.
• Assist client’s post-personal injury claims, including the administration of personal injury trusts.
• Offer tax planning advice and support high-net-worth clients with their ongoing needs.
• Handle cases involving adults with incapacity, including guardianship applications.
• Foster strong client relationships and engage in proactive business development activities.
• Supervise paralegals and trainees, delivering training and managing team workloads.
• Maintain awareness of information security policies to protect client data.

Who You Are

• You hold 2-4 years of post-qualification experience and possess a genuine enthusiasm for private client work.
• You have experience dealing with complex legal issues and are known for your solution-driven approach.
• With strong analytical and communication skills, you understand clients’ needs and provide tailored advice.
• You are self-motivated, a team player, and committed to mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Your commercial acumen ensures effective management of billing and client relationships.
