Are you a skilled Private Client Solicitor looking for an opportunity to work with a top-ranked legal team? We are expanding our Private Wealth & Tax team in Aberdeen and are seeking experienced Associates and Senior Associates with 5+ years PQE to join us. This role offers a chance to work with high-calibre clients, delivering exceptional service and advice on complex matters.

The Role: We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Managing complex executries, including estates with farming assets.
• Will drafting and inheritance tax planning.
• Creation, administration, and taxation of trusts.
• Power of Attorney and care fees planning.
• Advising on charity-related matters.

A STEP Diploma qualification is advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate will work well independently with minimal guidance and be enthusiastic about supporting more junior members of the team.
