Pro Academy physiotherapist

Glasgow Warriors are recruiting a Pro Academy physiotherapist to join our team, based predominantly at Scotstoun stadium. This role will be responsible for providing physiotherapy, injury prevention and management strategies for Glasgow Warriors Pro Academy players and assisting with the management of Senior squad players. The role will be well supported within the Warriors medical team in providing high quality physiotherapy services as part of the GW Performance Department, whilst supporting the Scotland U20 National program. The ideal candidate must be a passionate, dynamic, and innovative person who is looking to progress their sporting physiotherapy career within an elite rugby environment. This team requires someone with the right mindset to learn and grow in the role, whilst driving the development of future Glasgow Warriors Rugby players. The role requires someone with the ability to manage a program and individuals whilst appropriately utilising the support of the wider Medical and Performance Team.

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Membership of CSP or appropriate level of insurance
• World Rugby Level 3 ICIR or equivalent (or ability to attain same)
Desirable:
• MSc/ PgDip in appropriate area
