Full Job Description

Reporting to the Process & Control Improvement Finance Controller; you'll be a vital member of our award-winning Control Improvement team who play a key role to ensure the core deliverables of the Global Finance Strategy are met. The team lead by example, promoting good governance and compliance requirements, which helps ensure that Heineken's assets and reputation are protected and maintained. The main responsibilities of the role include providing risk and controls expertise across the business, partner with the business to provide support and insight to process or control challenges and helping deliver Process & Control Improvement activities across the business. You'll also help support the Process & Control Improvement activities across the team, helping to train business stakeholders using the Lean Six Sigma methodology., In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive:

    We're looking for an ambassador for the Process & Improvement team. Someone who can help educate key business stakeholders through building solid relationships and big picture thinking.
  • If you;
  • Have experience in the risk and controls environment.
  • Have experience across a range of Finance / Audit activities that gives the ability to test controls and to understand key risks across a process.
  • Accounting degree/relevant qualification
