Processing Operative - Backshift

Blue Arrow are working with a market leading steel trading and distribution company in Newbridge for a Machine/Warehouse Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.


This position is working Monday-Friday backshift working 1430-2300. Overtime is available

Please note there will be 4 weeks training / induction where you will be required to work dayshift

As part of your daily duties you will be:
- Driving a forklift (training provided)
- Loading vehicles using an overhead crane
- Operating a steel saw
- Manual handling
- Moving heavy loads with machinery
- Operating in a safe manner following all health & safety procedures on site.

The company will train the successful candidate on all machinery and all health and safety procedures in place.

Experience working within the steel/metal industry or working with similar machinery would be advantageous.
